- Supervise day-to-day activities at the site/workshop/production area.
- Monitor the quality of work and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Manage labour attendance and productivity.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management for smooth operations.
- Maintain daily work reports and attendance records.
- Report daily progress and issues to the Site Engineer / Manager.
