About the Role:
We are seeking a Graphic Design Consultant who will be responsible for creating visually compelling thumbnails for our content. This role requires someone with strong design skills, a sharp eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate learning topics into attractive and engaging visuals. We're looking for a graphic designer proficient in the Bengali language.

Your Role

Work closely with content & growth teams to understand requirements

Design thumbnails aligned with Seekho's brand identity and learn how thumbnails impact CTR & views

Deliver high-quality, visually engaging thumbnails within agreed timelines, optimized for digital platforms
Requirements

Prior experience in graphic design using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

Ability to understand design languages and brand guidelines

Experience making creatives using GenAI tools for web or mobile apps

Ability to conceptualize creative ideas quickly and execute them efficiently
