Pay out - 70K to 90k per month
- Lead the design and engineering of HVAC systems for cleanroom facilities (pharmaceutical, biotech, hospital OTs/ICUs, semiconductor, and industrial controlled environments).
- Prepare and review HVAC concept design, basic engineering, and detailed engineering documents including system schematics, air balance reports, load calculations, and equipment selection.
- Design cleanroom HVAC systems in line with ISO 14644-1/2, GMP (Schedule M), WHO-GMP, EU Annex 1, USFDA, and other applicable regulatory standards.
- Determine cleanroom classifications (Grade A/B/C/D or ISO Class 5-8), air change rates, pressure cascades, temperature and humidity control, and filtration requirements (HEPA/ULPA).
- Review and validate AHU, ductwork, VAV, chilled water systems, dehumidification, and pressure differential/cascade designs for cleanroom applications.
- Prepare HVAC load calculations using HAP, Carrier E20/HAP, or equivalent software, along with psychrometric analysis for critical environments.
- Develop and review P&IDs, GA drawings, ducting layouts, and equipment specifications; coordinate the same with AutoCAD/Revit MEP design teams.
- Oversee preparation of tender documents, technical specifications, BOQs, and vendor/contractor evaluation for HVAC and cleanroom packages.
- Coordinate with architects, process engineers, validation teams, and other MEP disciplines to ensure integrated design for cleanroom facilities.
- Provide technical support during execution, commissioning, qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ), and validation of cleanroom HVAC systems.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
