Main Duties (Schedule IV)
Act objectively in board decisions.
Scrutinize financials, audits, risk management, and management performance.
Safeguard company & stakeholder interests (especially minority shareholders).
Ensure compliance and ethical standards.
Attend board + committee meetings (Audit Committee mandatory).
Hold separate meeting of IDs at least once a year.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
