Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting company products and services, and achieving sales targets in the solar and paint industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Visit clients and conduct product presentations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
- Handle field marketing and promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
- Male/Female candidates welcome
- Must be comfortable with field work and client meetings
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge preferred

- Knowledge of solar products or paint industry is an advantage
