The candidate should be comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining call records, and following up with interested customers. Good communication skills and a positive attitude are required. Freshers can also apply, as complete training will be provided. The role involves understanding customer needs, handling basic queries, and working towards customer satisfaction.
