Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, training, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, and HR records.
- Organize training and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
- MBA/MSW/PG in Human Resources.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
- Knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Payroll, and HRMS.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
