Job Responsibilities
- Generate new interior project leads
- Visit construction sites and meet house owners
- Build relationships with builders and contractors
- Explain company services and convert inquiries into projects
- Follow up with leads and maintain client database
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with design and supervision team

Requirements
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & basic English)
- Experience in sales/marketing preferred
- Two-wheeler required (field marketing role)
- Basic knowledge of interior works is an advantage
- Target-oriented and confident personality
