Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager with 10–15 years of experience in the Chit Fund industry. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the branch, ensuring business growth, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and effective management of all departments including operations, collections, sales, accounts, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations
Manage and supervise the overall branch operations.
Ensure smooth functioning of all departments and adherence to company policies.
Monitor daily business activities and operational efficiency.
Business Development
Achieve branch business targets for chit enrollment and revenue growth.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Collections & Recovery
Monitor timely collections of subscriptions and installments.
Ensure effective follow-up and recovery of overdue accounts.
Maintain healthy portfolio quality and minimize defaults.
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and mentor branch staff.
Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance for employee development.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Accounts & Administration
Oversee branch accounts, cash management, and financial reporting.
Ensure proper maintenance of records and documentation.
Coordinate with Head Office for reporting and operational requirements.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with all applicable Chit Fund regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Monitor internal controls and mitigate operational risks.
Handle audits and regulatory inspections effectively.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with customers and subscribers.
Address customer grievances and ensure prompt resolution.
Enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience
10–15 years of experience in the Chit Fund industry.
Minimum 3–5 years in a Branch Manager or equivalent leadership role.
Proven experience in branch operations, collections, business development, and team management.
Skills Required

Sound knowledge of Chit Fund operations and regulations.
