Objectives
To ensure business performance of territory by efficient demand generation activities and demonstrating commercial excellence.
Main Tasks
1) Ensure achievement of territory sales targets.
- Prepare activity charter for the month.
- Monthly sales activity planning: Channel partners, Retailers and Associates
- Monthly collection planning with channel partners
2) Demand Generation-
- Monthly demand generation activity planning: Database villages and Channel partners/ retailers and their farmers.
- Market Development Activities implementation
- Conduct Farmer Meetings, Field Days and demonstrations
- Create testimonial farmers
- Organize key crop campaigns
3) To adhere and implement sales processes- Be the process owner of the territory:
- Execute external & internal commercial policies
- Retailer Engagement Program.
Balance confirmation, Channel Partner profiling etc.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelors of Science (Agriculture) is a must Masters/ Ph.D. in Horticulture, Entomology, Plant Pathology or Agronomy is desired.
- A minimum of 4 – 8 relevant experience in Agri Chemical Sales
- Good Communication skill in local language
- Ability to collaborate with functions to deliver Customer Experience
