Qualification: Any Degree | MBA Preferred
Languages: Telugu, English & Hindi
Location: Gundala, Vijayawada
We are looking for someone who can:
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries & walk-ins
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Explain PPF, Ceramic, Graphene, Wrapping & Detailing services
- Manage customer relationships professionally
- Coordinate with technicians and installation teams
- Manage daily bookings and operations
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain CRM, lead and follow-up records
- Achieve monthly sales & conversion targets
Candidate Profile

- Confident and well-presented
- Excellent in customer communication
- Sales and target oriented
- Good at negotiation and follow-up
- Responsible and organized
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, computer & CRM
- Able to manage customers and team coordination
- Willing to learn automotive detailing and car-care services
