As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented and aligned with project goals. Your role will also include regular communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and any challenges that may arise, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: CORE JAVA should be hands-on and attain good knowledge.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud deployment.
- Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Database knowledge is must.
