- Team Leadership and Development: Hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating sales representatives to achieve performance goals.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and executing sales plans, setting regional/team quotas, and aligning sales efforts with company goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyzing sales data, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and creating reports for senior management.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, resolving customer complaints, and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Sales Process Management: Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiating and closing contracts.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring competitor activities, market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Preparing sales forecasts, managing department expenses, and creating projections to ensure profitability.
