Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Hyundai Motor Company dealership showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance
- Promote Hyundai models, accessories, and add-on services
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and digital inquiries
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for smooth vehicle delivery
- Maintain customer database and update CRM records
- Ensure excellent post-sale customer experience and follow-ups
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of automobile features and specifications
- Ability to convince and close sales effectively
- Customer-oriented approach
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
