Having a Graduate degree or completed a course related to HR or Recruitment.
Having experience in hiring for Oil and Gas profiles.
Understand methods of sourcing and managing database.
Have experience working in Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed profiles on own.
Good English communication.
Good Hindi Communication is required.
Able to work on excel reports and daily reporting.
Able to learn and adapt to new skills immediately.
Good Team player.
Can drive recruitment portfolio with a subordinate and deliver results on time.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
