SalesUP helps Indian B2B companies scale outbound sales without having to hire and manage SDR teams in-house.
We provide ready-to-run SDR pods that handle prospecting, cold calling, follow-ups, and reporting for founders and sales teams. Alongside our services business, we are also building products that require strong go-to-market execution, positioning, and distribution.
We're looking for a high-agency intern who wants to work directly with founders, solve real business problems, and learn how growth is built from the ground up.
Role: Founder's Office Intern – Growth & Distribution
This is not a traditional marketing internship.
You will work closely with the founders to help SalesUP reach more B2B founders, sales leaders, and growing companies through content, campaigns, research, and distribution.
Your role will involve turning business ideas into execution across both SalesUP's services and products.
Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for someone who has demonstrated strong ownership and execution through:
- IIT, IIM, or other leading colleges
- Building a content page, newsletter, community, or audience of 10K+ followers
- Leading college festivals, clubs, sponsorships, or student bodies
- Building side projects, startups, personal brands, or communities
- Previous internships in Founder's Office, Growth, Strategy, Marketing, or Operations
We care more about execution, curiosity, and ownership than years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Run growth and distribution experiments for SalesUP
- Build founder-led LinkedIn and content campaigns
- Support GTM initiatives for SalesUP's products and services
- Convert founder insights into posts, case studies, scripts, landing page copy, and sales collateral
- Research founders, sales leaders, competitors, and market trends
- Identify campaign opportunities around SDR hiring, outbound sales, and revenue growth
- Improve website copy, product pages, outbound messaging, and sales decks
- Coordinate with design, operations, and content teams to execute campaigns
- Track performance metrics and scale successful initiatives

- Interest in B2B sales, marketing, startups, products, and growth

- Someone who needs constant direction and task lists
- A social media manager focused only on posting content
- Canva-only marketers
- Certificate-focused digital marketers with little execution experience
- Candidates interested only in Instagram management
- Individuals uncomfortable with direct feedback or changing priorities
