· Effectively manage the OPD floor patient flow for all zones externally as well as in respective consultant OPD·
Co-ordination between various departments, e.g. Optometry, reception, counseling, consultants, runner staff for patient consultation, workups etc
· Guiding patient to appropriate solution & query handling
· Dissemination of patient education material
· Procedure payments and relevant explanation of need for the tests, providing payment slip & ensuring pt approaches the reception counter
· Booking appointments and explaining doctor schedule to the pts
· Ensuring complete workup of the patients
. Handling mobile phone queries
. IPD coordination whenever required
· Continuous Monitoring of-
a) Patient’s satisfaction
b) Patient delay and waiting
c) Patient workup management time
