Senior HR ExecutiveAbout the Role
Panacorp Software Solutions is looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete employee lifecycle while supporting the company's hiring and operational goals.
Requirements
- MBA/MSW or Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or Generalist HR.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle, and HR administration.
- Experience with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Placement India, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure policy compliance.
- Monitor employee performance, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Resolve employee queries and support a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare recruitment reports, HR metrics, and management reports.
- Manage HR administrative activities and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Stay updated with HR best practices and recommend process improvements.

Compensation
Salary: Negotiable. The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, HR expertise, leadership abilities, and overall performance during the interview process.
