Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our welding machines and equipment within a designated territory. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing technical expertise to recommend the best welding solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for welding machines and equipment.
- Identify and qualify leads, prospect new customers, and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our welding machines.
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers, including recommending welding solutions based on their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to address customer needs and inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Welding Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the welding industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of welding processes, equipment, and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
