Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Media Planning: Build full-funnel ad strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) tailored to specific business goals.
- Campaign Setup: Technical setup of campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, including A/B testing (Creative, Audience, and Placement).
- Audience Targeting: Create and manage Lookalike Audiences (LAL), Custom Audiences (from CRM or website traffic), and interest-based targeting.
2. Technical Management
- Meta Pixel & Conversion API (CAPI): Ensure accurate tracking by setting up and troubleshooting the Meta Pixel and server-side tracking.
- Catalog Management: For e-commerce, manage the Meta Commerce Manager to run Dynamic Product Ads (DPA).
- Compliance: Ensure all ad creatives and copy adhere to Meta’s Advertising Policies to avoid account disables.
3. Creative Direction & Optimization
- Creative Briefing: Collaborate with designers to produce high-performing "Scroll-Stopping" content (Reels, Carousels, Static images).
- Copywriting: Write high-converting ad copy with clear Calls to Action (CTAs).
- Continuous Optimization: Monitor daily spend and performance; scale winning ads and kill underperforming ones.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- ROAS Tracking: Analyze Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Click-Through Rates (CTR).
- Reporting: Build weekly/monthly dashboards using tools like Meta Reporting, Google Looker Studio, or Triple Whale.
