Job Summary
WOMYT Navatha is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate, and develop our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving business targets, coaching team members, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Motivate, coach, and mentor team members to improve performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor sales activities and ensure timely follow-up with leads and customers.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Management teams to support business growth.
- Resolve customer concerns and assist the team in closing key sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM and reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professional standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
