We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our Domestic BPO team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Follow communication scripts and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
- Adhere to company processes, compliance, and data security guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate/ Any Graduate/ Post Graduate can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Customer-centric attitude and positive approach.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
