About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative teacher who believes that children learn best through play, exploration, art, and hands-on experiences — not through ordinary rote learning.
The ideal candidate should think differently, enjoy working with young children, and have strong skills in craft, art, storytelling, music, and play-based activities. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating joyful, meaningful learning moments every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct play-based, activity-driven learning sessions
- Design innovative art, craft, sensory, and creative activities
- Encourage curiosity, confidence, and social skills in children
- Create a safe, warm, and engaging classroom environment
- Observe and support individual learning needs
- Communicate effectively with parents when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interest in early childhood education
- Expertise in art, craft, and activity-based learning
- Ability to think creatively beyond traditional teaching methods
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- B.El.Ed / D.El.Ed / NTT (B.El.Ed preferred)
