Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, based in Noida. The Telesales Executive will handle day-to-day tasks including engaging with potential and existing customers, generating leads, providing excellent customer support, and driving conversions through effective sales techniques. The role involves maintaining professional communication, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Customer service and customer support skills to address inquiries, build trust, and foster client relationships.
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales to identify opportunities and convert leads into successful deals.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills to manage customer relationships and records is preferred.
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹8,814.78 - ₹29,130.68 per month
