Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with dealership sales targets.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI.
- Coordinate with Toyota regional/OEM marketing teams on campaigns and brand guidelines.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Drive customer acquisition through digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Plan campaigns for vehicle launches, seasonal promotions, exchange melas, and special offers.
- Support sales teams with promotional materials, events, and lead-generation activities.
- Track lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
Digital Marketing & CRM
- Oversee website, social media, online advertising, and reputation management.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and online lead funnels.
- Work with CRM teams to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics and MIS reports.
Brand & Event Management
- Organize vehicle launches, roadshows, test-drive events, exhibitions, and corporate activations.
- Ensure consistent Toyota branding across all customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate with agencies, media partners, and vendors.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor marketing executives and agency partners.
- Collaborate with sales, service, finance, and dealership management teams.
- Build relationships with corporate customers, banks, institutions, and local business partners.
Performance Monitoring
- Track KPIs such as:
- Leads generated
- Test drives booked
- Vehicle sales conversions
- Campaign ROI
- Customer retention rates
- Digital engagement metrics
- Present regular performance reports to dealership leadership and Toyota representatives.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–15+ years of marketing experience, preferably in automotive retail.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, branding, and dealer operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing budgets and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
