Location: Coimbatore (Frequent Site Visits Required)
Prepare and manage project schedules using MS Project or similar software tools
Age: 42-50 only
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced AGM – Projects to lead and monitor civil construction projects. The role involves project planning, scheduling, site supervision and ensuring projects are completed within timelines while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and monitor project execution to meet defined timelines.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress.
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedule.
Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Track project milestones and submit progress reports to management.
Identify delays or risks and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and best construction practices.
Qualification
BE / B. Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience
Experience in project planning, site management, and team coordination.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MS Project or similar tools.
Project planning and scheduling.
Site supervision and quality control.
Leadership and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- PMC Soft ware tools: 3 years (Required)
