Key Responsibilities
- Bill Preparation: Generate accurate interim, RA, and final bills for clients and subcontractors based on actual site progress.
- Site Measurement: Take and verify physical measurements from the field, recording data in Measurement Books (MB).
- Rate Analysis: Compute rates for non-BOQ items and analyze material, labor, and machinery costs.
- Reconciliation: Prepare monthly material reconciliation statements and track budget vs. actual consumption.
- Coordination: Liaise with project managers, site teams, and the finance department to secure timely bill certifications and payment clearances.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
