Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Guide customers with product details, pricing, and purchase support
- Resolve complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Manage order confirmations, returns, exchanges, and follow-ups
- Maintain customer records and daily reports
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
