We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, conducting site visits, and closing plot sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and field activities.
* Contact prospective customers and explain project details.
* Schedule and conduct site visits for interested buyers.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into sales.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements
* Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
