We are looking for an experienced High Mast Quality Engineer responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of high mast poles and related components throughout the manufacturing process. The candidate will oversee inspections, quality control procedures, testing, documentation, and adherence to relevant technical specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections at various stages of high mast pole manufacturing, including raw materials, fabrication, welding, assembly, and final inspection.
- Ensure products comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, customer requirements, and applicable quality standards.
- Monitor welding quality, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and galvanization quality of high mast structures.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports, test certificates, NCRs, and other quality-related documentation.
- Identify quality defects and coordinate with Production and Engineering teams for corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct final inspections and ensure proper quality clearance before dispatch of finished products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality control in HM plants.
- Strong knowledge of High Mast Pole manufacturing and structural steel fabrication processes.
- Knowledge of welding inspection, dimensional inspection, and galvanization quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GA drawings, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as NCR, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and 7 QC Tools.
- Good communication, documentation, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
