School: Sanskar Public School, Maholi Road, Mathura
We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and student-focused PGT Economics Teacher to teach Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should make economic concepts relevant, engaging, and practical while preparing students for academic excellence and real-world understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Economics to Classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver well-structured, interactive, and concept-based lessons.
- Teach Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Indian Economic Development, Statistics, and related topics effectively.
- Prepare annual lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluate answer scripts, and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Guide students in project work, practical applications, and board examination preparation.
- Integrate current economic issues, case studies, and real-life examples into classroom teaching.
- Maintain academic records, lesson plans, student progress reports, and CBSE documentation.
- Use smart classroom technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning.
- Mentor students for competitions, seminars, debates, and career guidance related to Economics.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to ensure students' holistic development.

Qualifications
- Postgraduate Degree (M.A./M.Com. in Economics) with B.Ed. as per CBSE norms.
- CTET/TET is not mandatory for PGT, but relevant teaching certifications are an advantage.
- Experience teaching Economics in a CBSE school, especially at the senior secondary level, will be preferred.
