PROJECT COORDINATOR (CSR)
Location: Kerala, India (Extensive Fieldwork Required) Type: Full-Time
THE ROLE
Lead the on-ground execution of "Project Vidya Kiran," a long-term CSR initiative sponsoring the education of highly gifted, underprivileged students in Kerala from 8th standard through graduation.
IMPACT & RESPONSIBILITIES
- IDENTIFY: Collaboration with schools/NGOs and conduct home visits to verify deserving candidates.
- MENTOR: Act as primary academic and emotional guide for selected students.
- MANAGE: Facilitate sponsorship fund disbursement (fees, materials).
- REPORT: Track progress and prepare quarterly updates for corporate stakeholders.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- EDUCATION: Master of Social Work (MSW) - Strictly Required.
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years active field experience (Social Work, NGO, Child Welfare).
- LANGUAGE: Native fluency in Malayalam & professional proficiency in English.
