- Maintain and support computer hardware, software, printers, scanners, and networking equipment.
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and VPN services.
- Provide technical support to employees, service advisors, workshop staff, and management teams.
- Monitor and maintain ERP, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), CRM, and inventory management software.
- Support vehicle telematics, GPS tracking, and fleet management systems.
- Manage user accounts, email systems, data backups, and access controls.
- Implement cybersecurity measures, antivirus solutions, and data protection policies.
- Coordinate with software vendors and IT service providers for issue resolution and system upgrades.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper hardware/software licensing.
- Generate reports and assist management with IT-related improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure business continuity through regular backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
