About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented IFRS & US GAAP Accounting professional to join a leading consulting firm based in Rohini, Delhi. The role involves supporting clients with financial reporting, accounting conversions, and compliance with international accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP.
- Assist in IFRS/US GAAP conversions and reconciliations from Indian GAAP or other accounting frameworks.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and reporting requirements.
- Work on financial reporting packs, disclosures, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve accounting queries.
- Assist in audit support and technical accounting research where required.
Requirements
- CA / Semi-qualified CA / MBA Finance / B.Com / M.Com with relevant experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in IFRS and/or US GAAP accounting.
- Experience in financial reporting, accounting conversions, or consulting environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial statement preparation.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems/ERP tools.
