Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced BOQ Quantity Surveyor to join our site team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate Bill of Quantities, estimating material requirements, and supporting cost control across ongoing residential/smart home construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for civil, interior, and MEP works
- Take-off quantities from architectural, structural, and interior drawings
- Estimate material and labour requirements for each project stage
- Coordinate with site engineers to verify actual site measurements against BOQ
- Track material costs, wastage, and cost overruns; flag discrepancies early
- Assist in vendor and contractor rate comparisons and negotiations
- Maintain updated BOQ records and support billing/invoicing documentation
- Support procurement planning by forecasting material needs 1–2 weeks in advance
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on BOQ/quantity surveying experience, preferably in residential construction or interior fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with BOQ/estimation software is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and MEP drawings
- Good coordination skills to work with site engineers and vendors
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹51,848.61 per month
