About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Writer with 3+ years of experience in developing high-quality, SEO-driven content for eCommerce services. The ideal candidate should have experience writing for B2B audiences, creating compelling content that drives engagement, improves search visibility, and supports lead generation for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging, SEO-friendly content for service pages, landing pages, blogs, case studies, white papers, and website content.
- Create content around eCommerce services, digital commerce solutions, and industry trends.
- Support digital marketing initiatives by creating content for email campaigns, social media, and other marketing assets.
- Collaborate with SEO, marketing, and business teams to develop content aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines and AI-powered search experiences.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice, and content quality across all digital platforms.
- Research emerging industry trends and create informative, value-driven content for business audiences.
- Proofread and edit content to maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and readability.
Desired Skills & Experience :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content writing for IT services, with exposure to eCommerce services and B2B audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional grammar and proofreading abilities.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and content marketing.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and transform them into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with web content development best practices, usability, and online user behavior.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience writing content for IT services, digital transformation, or eCommerce solutions.
- Familiarity with AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, or Ahrefs is an added advantage.
- Understanding of GEO and AEO is a plus.
