About the Role
SwarmLens is seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting business growth initiatives for our AI and technology solutions.
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales, technology, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other outbound sales channels.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery calls with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow up with leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively present SwarmLens solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue growth and business development efforts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, AI, IT Services, or Technology Sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and lead management.
