The Role
You'll be the face of our hotel — managing check-in to check-out, personally escorting guests to their rooms, handling requests and queries, and coordinating with housekeeping and other teams to deliver seamless stays. For the right person, there's a clear pathway to Front Desk Manager as we grow.
What We're Looking For
- Hospitality diploma or equivalent experience
- Hotel front desk or guest relations background
- Familiarity with OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia)
- Strong English; Punjabi and/or Hindi an advantage
- Warm, professional, and genuinely ambitious
- Local candidates strongly encouraged
