Job Title: Robotics & STEM Trainer
Job Summary
The STEM Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). The role involves training students/learners using hands-on activities, experiments, coding platforms, robotics kits, and project-based learning methods to build problem-solving and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Robotics & STEM sessions using Arduino, sensors, microcontrollers, and DIY robotics kits.
- Teach coding, electronics, and design thinking using platforms such as Scratch, Python, and Embedded C.
- Support project-based learning, student innovation projects, exhibitions, and competitions.
- Maintain robotics lab equipment and ensure safe classroom and lab practices.
- Track student performance, prepare progress reports, and coordinate with the academic team.
- Assist in curriculum enhancement and activity planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science / Engineering / Technology.
- 1–3 years of experience in Robotics training, STEM education, or a related technical teaching role.
- Strong knowledge of robotics, electronics, embedded systems, and IoT platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom engagement skills.
- Strong passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience working in EdTech companies or school environments.
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, 3D Printing, or Drone Technology.
- Experience mentoring students for competitions, hackathons, or exhibitions.
