Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)

Position: Telesales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and contribute to the growth of our brand. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, including restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hotels, and cloud kitchens.
- Introduce and explain Tanwar Ovens products and their unique features.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
