Media Factory is looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Support / Simulation Executives (Freshers) to join our team in Jodhpur. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technology and eager to learn simulation systems, IT support, and hardware management while working in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and operate advanced Simulation Labs.
- Perform testing and maintenance of simulation systems and related hardware.
- Ensure smooth functioning of simulation equipment.
- Operate simulation systems during demonstrations for VIP visitors, including Government Officials, Army, Air Force, Ministers, and Secretaries.
- Provide technical support to ensure demonstrations run without interruptions.
- Assist with website-related tasks and general IT support as required.
- Perform other technical assignments assigned by the client.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Qualification: BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science), B.Tech (Computer Science/IT), or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Quick learner with a willingness to work on new technologies.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday (5 Days)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Candidates should be willing to work on Saturdays when required for official visits or urgent assignments.
- Flexibility to stay beyond regular working hours during VIP visits or important technical assignments.
