We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination across tasks, schedules, and projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Candidates with an understanding of digital marketing will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and daily schedules efficiently.
- Coordinate and track ongoing and upcoming projects to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and external stakeholders.
- Organize documents, reports, records, and business correspondence.
- Assist in task prioritization, follow-ups, and workflow management.
- Ensure confidentiality, honesty, and reliability in all work-related matters.
- Assist with basic digital marketing activities such as:
- Social media coordinationContent schedulingEmail communicationOnline researchCampaign coordination (preferred but not mandatory)
