Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Network Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in network monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration, and maintaining IT network infrastructure. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to build their career in networking and IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
- Support network configuration and maintenance activities.
- Handle user connectivity issues and provide technical support.
- Monitor network performance and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain network documentation and update records.
- Assist senior engineers in network implementation and troubleshooting.
- Follow IT security guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Knowledge of OSI & TCP/IP models.
- Basic understanding of routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with IP addressing and subnetting.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of office 365 and Linux is advantage.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
- CCNA certification or training.
- Knowledge of Cisco networking devices.
- Basic understanding of network monitoring tools.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Freshers with relevant networking knowledge are encouraged to apply.

- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
