Roles and Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with MF distributors.

Building relationship with the existing direct clients and leads for business generation.

Acquiring new clients for the company through own references and leads provided by the company.

Meeting Sales targets in terms of Inflows, SIP, etc.

Initiate and maintain personal contact with existing investors and allocated leads over the phone and meeting.

Contacting minimum number of distributors/clients per day/week/month.

Passing on Feedback on calling in a defined format on a daily/periodic basis.

Monitor and act on daily sales activity management information and other internal information tools, using them to effectively grow or maintain share of wallet of premiere Distribution clients.

Responsible for product placement, new business development, key negotiations, and marketing campaign to promote schemes to the premiere segment – IFAs, Banks & NDs.

Delivering consistent and tailored service to the most valued premiere Distribution clients.

Ensuring adequate mix across all products and meeting set sales targets.

Developing markets and enhancing market share.

Contributing to sustained growth in sales through initiatives targeted at long term development of Distribution relationships and deep markets.

Using relationships to mobilize funds under various schemes through Banks & NDs.

Educating the clients about the schemes presales and converting them to buy these schemes.

Sales paperwork, data collation and reporting.

Co-ordinating with the respective departments to ensure a smooth redressal of the post sales requirements.

Skill Set & Personality Traits:

Excellent communication skills.

Passion to talk and convert lead into a sale.

Soft skills to handle all types of distributors / clients over phone.

Willingness to learn.

Goal oriented.

Qualifications:

Graduate & NISM Certification is mandatory.
