Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Senior Sales professional to join our BFSI team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving revenue targets within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers through strategic business development activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products/services.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3–6 years of sales experience, preferably within the BFSI industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented approach.
- Graduate degree required (MBA preferred).
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in banking products, insurance, financial advisory, lending, investments, or related BFSI services.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer acquisition strategies.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
