Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Quantity Surveying (QS) Faculty to deliver professional training in QS concepts and industry-based software tools. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in estimation, billing, and project planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced training in Quantity Surveying (QS) concepts.
- Train students in the following software:
- AutoCAD
- MS Project (MSP)
- Primavera
- PlanSwift
- Advanced MS Excel
- Teach estimation, costing, BOQ preparation, tendering, billing, and project documentation.
- Conduct practical, project-based training sessions.
- Prepare course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students for placements and industry readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of industry experience in Quantity Surveying / Project Planning.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, MSP, Primavera, PlanSwift & Excel.
- Experience in construction estimation, billing, or planning.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Gulf or international project estimation.
- Knowledge of contract management / FIDIC (added advantage).
- Teaching or training experience preferred.
