About Us
Pentagon Infra Ventures is a growing building materials and construction solutions company specializing in supplying high-quality construction products and delivering reliable services across Kerala. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to strengthen our customer engagement and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate and qualify sales leads for the field sales team.
Folow up on enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, website, and social media.
Explain products, pricing, and ongoing offers to customers.
Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the sales, billing, and dispatch teams for customer updates.
Achieve daily call targets and monthly lead generation goals.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Good communication skills in Malayalam; knowledge of English is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email).
Pleasant voice, persuasive communication, and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
