The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, managing staff, and supporting revenue growth. The role focuses on delivering an excellent guest experience while ensuring efficient operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Supervise daily restaurant, bar, banquet, or café operations.
- Ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Customer Service
- Welcome guests and address customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Ensure a positive dining experience and resolve service issues promptly.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and minimize wastage.
- Assist in controlling food and beverage costs and maintaining profitability.
Staff Supervision
- Train, guide, and motivate service staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties.
- Ensure employees follow company policies and service standards.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Implement workplace safety procedures.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Promote menu items, special offers, and upselling opportunities.
- Assist in planning events, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Monitor sales performance and suggest improvement strategies.
Pay: ₹12,524.18 - ₹20,000.00 per month
