Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Store Executive to manage inventory, stock movements, and store operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, timely material issuance, and proper inventory control to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software and physical registers.
- Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requests for replenishment.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
- Track expiry dates and manage FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and operations teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in stores, inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in healthcare, diagnostics, hospital, or laboratory inventory management.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
