Position Overview
The Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) supports the Branch Manager in daily operations, business growth, customer relationship management, staff supervision, and smooth functioning of branch activities
Business Development
- Support branch in achieving monthly chit sales targets.
- Guide field executives/BDOs in lead generation and member enrolment.
- Conduct customer meetings and promotional activities.
- Maintain conversion ratio and follow-up for enquiries.
Finance & Collections
- Support in daily collection planning and follow-ups.
- Monitor MIS reports—dues list, pending bid payments, NPA customers.
- Verify cashbook, receipts, and deposit reports.
- Reduce overdue collections and ensure 0% misappropriation.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
